1. Terms of Use

1.1 Eligibility

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by unauthorized means or use it for any unlawful purpose.

1.3 Prices and Availability

All prices are shown in US Dollar (USD), which is the currency charged to your card. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

1.4 Intellectual Property

The content of this site (texts, images and logos) belongs to K-Dermy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment Methods

Payments are made by credit or debit card through a certified payment processor. Card details are entered in fields provided by the processor and are never stored by K-Dermy.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved. Your bank may ask for additional authentication, such as 3-D Secure.

2.3 Currency

Your card is charged in US Dollar (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect

Name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. Card details are processed by the payment processor and are not stored by us. Browsing data is collected through cookies (section 4).

3.2 How We Use It

To process and deliver your order, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud and, through cookies, measure and improve our site and advertising.

3.3 Sharing

Only with the providers needed to run the store: payment processor, carriers, email service, analytics and advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.

3.4 Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use for marketing, by writing to support@kdermy.com. Where the law of your country grants additional rights (such as the GDPR in Europe), we honor them.

3.5 Retention and Security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal obligations, protected by reasonable technical measures.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Delivery Times

The shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates start after the payment is approved and may vary with the destination and the carrier.

5.3 Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking code by email.

5.4 Delivery Address

Please check your address before paying. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

5.5 Customs Duties and Taxes

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. They are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

6.2 Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories. Personalized items can only be returned if they arrive defective or different from what was ordered.

6.3 How to Request

Write to support@kdermy.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return instructions.

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original card within 10 business days after we receive the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

6.5 Defective or Wrong Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days: we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to it.
